The Problem

Filling machines drift. The auger wears, the powder flows differently, and suddenly the bags coming off the line aren't the same weight anymore.

Too much powder in the bag means you're giving material away. Chemical raw materials aren't cheap — a few extra grams on every bag, all day, every day, is real money lost.

Too little powder means the bag doesn't match the label. For a chemical plant, that's worse than a complaint. Customers dose by weight. Under-filled bags mess up their recipes, and they'll take their business elsewhere.

Hand-checking a bag every few minutes doesn't catch the problem. By the time you notice, a whole batch is already packed.

What We Did

We put a YW-XP210 checkweigher on the line, right after the filling station.

The XP210 weighs every single bag as it moves along the belt — in a fraction of a second, without slowing anything down. The machine compares each weight to the target, and decides: pass, or reject.

How It Works on the Line

The bags move along the belt, one after another
The screen shows the weight of every bag in real time
Green light: weight is right, the bag keeps moving to packing
Red light: weight is out of range — the machine pushes that bag into the reject bin, automatically

No operator has to stand and watch. Good bags go forward, bad bags get taken out, and the line never stops.
