Cases up to 15 kg, weighed to ± 1–5 g on a 620 × 400 mm belt.
| Cartons and cases | Up to 450 × 390 mm a piece, at up to 60 packs a minute. |
| Bags and boxed product | The long infeed and guide bars bring each one on straight, so the reading holds. |
| Rejecting a heavy case | The pusher crosses the full 400 mm width, so the case goes off flat and not tipped. |
Send one carton and its weight. We will check it fits the 620 × 400 mm belt.
A 620 × 400 mm belt and a 15 kg range put this build in the heavy end, while a 1 g scale keeps it usable on light packs: the same frame takes cartons, cases and bags without changing machines between runs. The job is deliberately narrow — weigh the pack against the target held for it, and hand the verdict to the reject device your line carries.
A failed carton does not have to stop the line. The weigher reports the verdict and a removal device takes that pack off the belt while the packs behind it keep moving. Four methods are offered on this frame: a pusher travelling across the belt, a flap, an air blow, or a swing arm — chosen with you against the pack, the belt speed and the space you have.
The unit in the clip carries the pusher: a guided assembly that travels across the full 400 mm width, so a case is taken off squarely rather than tipped. The air filter and regulator sit under the frame within reach of the operator.

The band the machine can be held to depends on the pack, not only the load cell: a stable pack crossing at a steady speed reads to the accuracy below; a light pack bouncing on a fast belt is a different job.
A machine that carries a case and a light pack on the same belt needs its zero to hold. Zero tracking runs continuously, with manual or automatic zero clearing, and the tapered shaft brings the belt back to centre so it cannot drift and change the reading. Up to 100 stored programmes keep the settings for each product.
On a wide belt the fittings decide whether the reading holds: the rails that keep a case square, the return that keeps the belt true, and the load cell itself.

The frame is stainless throughout and stands on threaded feet with pads, so it can be levelled on a floor that is not. The fasteners along the rails are reachable from the side, which keeps the machine serviceable where the line cannot stop for long.
The frame carries the belt in three sections. A long infeed settles the case; the weighing section is where the load cell reads it; the rejection section is where the verdict is carried out.
The load cell samples continuously, so the weight is a curve taken across the whole pass rather than one snapshot. The software takes the stable part of it, compares that with the target and the tolerance held for the product, and decides good or NG. From there the decision is mechanical: the reject device fires, or the alarm reports and the pack comes off by hand.

The 620 mm belt is for cartons, cases, bags and boxed product up to 450 × 390 mm and 15 kg a piece, with the same frame still usable on light packs.
It is usually built into a line rather than worked off-line: a case from the sealer at one end, a takeaway conveyor or palletising point at the other. That is what the long infeed and the guide bars are for — the pack has to arrive square and at a steady speed for the reading to hold. It is not the frame for sachets and small pharmaceutical packs, which want a narrower belt and a finer scale, nor for pallet loads.

Every unit is assembled, run in and crated on our own floor before it ships.

A pusher, a flap, an air blow or a swing arm, whichever suits the pack and the space you have. The unit in the clip carries the pusher.
100 stored programmes with automatic learning storage, recalled from the 7-inch colour touch screen.
AC 220 V, 50 Hz, 400 W, plus compressed air at 0.6 to 1 MPa if a pneumatic reject device is fitted.
Whole machine one year, with parts replaced free inside it. It ships by sea, air or international express, and payment can go through Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Send the product size, the weight per piece and your line speed. We will come back on fit, on the accuracy you can hold and on the reject device.
