Product: Meatballs
The problem: Contaminants hide inside the product
The fix: Yiwan X-ray inspection
Meatballs are made from ground meat. The grinding and mixing is fast. Things get in.
A piece of bone. A bit of metal from worn equipment. A stone that slipped through the wash.
Once it's inside the meatball, no one can see it. The product looks perfect on the outside.
We put a Yiwan X-ray machine on the line, right after the meatballs are formed and before packing.
The X-ray reads what's inside each meatball. It doesn't slow the line down, and it doesn't touch the product. Every meatball passes through, and the machine checks it for things that shouldn't be there.
Bone shows up. Metal shows up. Stone shows up. The difference in density gives them away.
You can see it in the video:
No one has to watch the screen all day. The machine watches itself. Clean meatballs keep moving, bad ones get taken out, and the line never stops.
A food recall costs more than a machine. If one contaminated meatball reaches a customer, the whole batch can come back — and the brand takes the hit.
With X-ray on the line, the factory can say: every meatball was checked, and we have the records to prove it.
